The Communal Park for Grobbendonk reimagines a village green as a multifunctional public space that responds to climate challenges while enhancing everyday community life. By combining water-sensitive design, nature-based recreation, and flexible gathering areas, the project creates a resilient landscape that supports social interaction, environmental performance, and long-term adaptability.
